We need to return and take care of ourself.
We need to return and take care of ourself. our body needs us, our feelings need us, our perceptions need us. The child within us needs us. our suffering needs us to acknowledge it. Return to our home and be there for all these things. Practice mindful walking and mindful breathing. Do everything in meditation so you can really be there, so you can practice loving kindness in all things.
